We work with a range of third-party courier services and freight providers to deliver products across Australia and selected international destinations.


2. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

  • In-stock items are shipped as soon as practicable after order confirmation

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate consignments


3. Delivery Timeframes (Estimates Only)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier, and demand conditions:

  • Metro areas (VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, QLD): 3–7 business days

  • Regional Australia: 5–10 business days

  • Western Australia / NT / remote areas: 7–14+ business days

Please note that these timeframes are indicative only and delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

  • Direct Freight

  • Couriers Please

  • TNT / FedEx

  • Other regional freight partners

Carrier selection is based on product type, destination, and service availability.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions

  • Delivery location

  • Carrier pricing at time of dispatch

In some cases, large, bulky, or hazardous-related items may attract additional freight charges.


6. Fuel Surcharges & Carrier Adjustments ⚠️

Due to the current global and domestic economic climate, courier companies may apply fuel surcharges, peak period surcharges, or regional freight adjustments.

These charges:

  • Are imposed directly by shipping carriers (not InstantVap Australia)

  • May vary without prior notice

  • Can fluctuate based on fuel prices, logistics demand, and regional conditions

  • Are outside our control

Where such surcharges apply, they may be:

  • Included in the checkout shipping cost, or

  • In rare cases, adjusted after order placement if required by the carrier

If any significant adjustment is required, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm how you wish to proceed.


7. Remote & Difficult-to-Access Areas

Additional shipping charges may apply for:

  • Rural and remote locations

  • Offshore islands

  • Northern Territory and Far North Queensland

  • Oversized or pallet freight deliveries

We reserve the right to contact you if additional freight costs are required.


8. Click & Collect

Where offered, customers may select Click & Collect at checkout.

  • Orders must be collected within the specified timeframe

  • Proof of purchase and identification may be required

  • You will be notified when your order is ready for collection


9. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via email

  • Instructions to monitor delivery progress via the carrier

Tracking updates are managed by third-party courier systems.


10. Delivery Responsibility & Risk

  • Risk in goods passes to the customer upon dispatch

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events, or external disruptions

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in lodging a carrier claim.


11. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Industrial action

  • Extreme weather events

  • National logistics delays

  • Fuel or freight market fluctuations

We will always work to minimise disruption where possible.


12. Order Issues

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe:

  • Please contact us with your order number

  • We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf

  • Investigation timeframes may vary depending on the courier
