Warranty Policy

1. Overview

At InstantVap Australia, we stand behind the quality of our products and provide warranty support in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

This Warranty Policy applies to all products sold via https://instantvapaustralia.com.au, with specific provisions for InstantVap devices.


2. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

  • Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the ACL.


3. Manufacturer Warranty (InstantVap Devices)

InstantVap devices (including Lite, Compact, and Turbo models) are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

Coverage includes:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty workmanship

  • Electrical component failure under normal use

Warranty Period:

24 months from date of purchase


4. Warranty Conditions

To be eligible for a warranty claim, you must:

  • Provide proof of purchase

  • Have used the product in accordance with instructions

  • Ensure the product has not been modified or tampered with


5. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper operation

  • Incorrect use of oxalic acid or other chemicals

  • Failure to follow safety or operating instructions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications

  • Damage from environmental exposure (e.g. water ingress, corrosion, extreme heat)


6. Use of Third-Party Materials

Use of non-recommended substances, incorrect voltages, or incompatible accessories may void the warranty.


7. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us at warranty@instantvapaustralia.com.au

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos or videos showing the fault

  3. Await assessment and instructions

You may be required to return the product for inspection.


8. Repair, Replacement or Refund

Depending on the nature of the issue, we will:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product

  • Provide a refund (where required under law)

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution in line with the Australian Consumer Law.


9. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

  • If a product is deemed faulty, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs

  • If no fault is found, return shipping may be at the customer’s expense


10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Warranty applies only to the product supplied

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use
